Amid the various global challenges faced today, adopting a healthy lifestyle, fostering community spirit, and caring for the environment have become increasingly vital for us all. We believe a better future begins with simple steps taken together—from maintaining personal well-being to protecting the planet that serves as a home for present and future generations.

It is this spirit that we aim to champion through the EST Fun Walk & Run 2026. Through this event, we invite all members of the school community—students, parents, teachers, and staff—to come together in celebrating active living, strengthening bonds, and raising awareness about each individual's role in environmental stewardship.

More than just a sporting event, the EST Fun Walk & Run 2026, themed Sustainable Future, Sustainable Living, is part of our commitment to fostering a healthier, more caring, and more sustainable culture. This initiative was organized in the hope of inspiring small, meaningful actions that deliver a positive impact for ourselves, our community, and the earth we pass on to future generations.

Participants had the option to join either the walk or the run category. Along the route, participants passed through three main checkpoints: Eco, Socio, and Tech. At each checkpoint, participants scanned QR codes containing educational insights into environmental conservation, social empathy, and the mindful use of technology.

The EST Fun Walk & Run 2026 marks a key milestone in Sekolah HighScope Indonesia’s transition toward becoming an EcoSocioTech (EST) School. This evolution represents not a shift in our core values or commitment, but rather a reinforcement of our vision to continuously deliver education that remains deeply relevant to future challenges and opportunities. The event was also supported by Balikin, a service that supplies, collects, cleans, and reuses cups for events to eliminate single-use plastic waste.

Guided by innovation, sustainability, and environmental responsibility, we remain steadfast in our commitment to preparing a young generation characterized by integrity, open-mindedness, strong moral character, and a readiness to make positive contributions to an evolving world.

Echoing this effort to promote a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle, the Founder and CEO of EcoSocioTech School, Antarina S.F. Amir, stated:

“We hope the EST Fun Walk & Run 2026 serves as a catalyst for initiatives that deepen collaboration among the school, families, and the wider community. Together, we can build an environment that fosters a healthy, principled, environmentally conscious generation ready to face the future.”

The event was attended by the board of owners of the EST School network and executive leadership from Redea Institute. The stage featured lively performances by student bands, including Cherry Nights, Quinn of Hearts, and Hennesy, while interactive games and an exciting door prize drawing brought the event to a memorable close.
