Our Annual Conference

As our school network continued to grow and the number of students steadily increased, Redea Institute (then HighScope Indonesia) pondered the importance of having a larger forum to share, discuss and learn from each other. This was the beginning of our Annual Conference.

Our Annual Conference is dedicated to building a learning community of teachers, principals and other educational professionals who gather together to reflect on current experiences and practices. The conference offers practical strategies to enhance learning-teaching processes for more than 500 teachers and staff from our school network.

The event also features Learning Heroes, a sharing session by teachers from our network of schools. Selected teachers from each session speak, sharing their teaching strategies and insights with fellow educators.

We firmly believe that one of the important components of student success is the quality of the teachers. Therefore, since 1996, we have continuouslydeveloped programs for the professional development of teachers, administrators and staff, and it continues to improve teaching and learning with the ultimate goal of student success.

As an educational institution that continues to adapt to the ever-evolving world, we consistently enhance the competency of teachers so that they can provide meaningful and up-to-date learning experiences for all learners. Preparing them for new challenges and continuing to inspire this and the next generation of students to become lifelong learners and self-regulated leaders.

In October 2025, the Redea Institute will proudly host our 15th Annual Conference, a testament to our unwavering commitment to fostering professional growth and collaboration among educators. Over the years, we have had the privilege of inviting distinguished speakers, including nationally and internationally acclaimed experts in education, child development, leadership, and innovation. These esteemed professionals have shared their invaluable insights, groundbreaking research, and best practices, enriching the knowledge and skills of our participants. By featuring thought leaders from diverse backgrounds, our conference continues to serve as an inspiring platform where educators gain fresh perspectives, engage in meaningful discussions, and bring transformative ideas into their classrooms.
