1996 - A New Era of Early Childhood Education In Indonesia
Our founder & CEO, Antarina S.F Amir, introduced the HighScope US Early Childhood Education Program (ECEP) to Indonesia; setting the foundation for modern, child-centered learning methodologies. Aiming to shift the focus and highlight the importance of introducing methodical education as early as possible, by combining an in-depth understanding of Indonesia's culture with international teaching innovations and standards. Creating a ripple effect on educational practices across the country.
2000 - HighScope Indonesia Takes Flight
A synergistic partnership between Indonesia's educators and international experts, led by our founder & CEO, produced our own K-12 program under the banner of HighScope Indonesia; a separate entity from HighScope US, which only focuses on perfecting research for ECEP. HSI K-12 program sees significant growth, as well as, international recognition.
Our Beginnings to Global Impact
For nearly three decades, our growth from Early Childhood to High School, along with 15 and counting school networks, have thrived in Indonesia, shifting paradigms and preparing our children, world's future leaders, for the rapidly changing world.
Expanding our curriculum across Indonesia, we adapt and emphasize innovative teaching methods focused on creativity, problem-solving, and leadership, to ready our children as future citizens of the world. Our efforts have been acknowledged by Accrediting Commission for Schools Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
